cha·os [ˈkāˌäs]
complete disorder and confusion:

Alarms break through the images behind your eyes...
Roosters crow near surrounding huts commanding closed eyes to open...
Sunshine greats the family behind the dumpster by the 10th Street Store...
Piercing shrieks signal to those in orange jumpsuits another morning roll call...
Sharp pains remind the refuge that home is far away...
Tear stains support the begging of those grieving for relief...

Regardless of where it finds you...

Regardless of how long or how short it lasts...

...Chaos finds us all .

We all live in a world that is so divided, so hostile; Yet, in the hostility- a mountain ridge still demands attention, a chirping bird still will sing for all who care to listen, a wave still rises and falls, There is still color in a world of chaos.

I believe wholeheartedly, we all are looking for something...
I believe we are looking for Someone.
It's almost as if we all are born with a God-shaped hole and we spend the entirety of our short or long lives trying to fill it.

This site is a space to simply recognize a color in the day to day chaos all around us. I am a normal man who like you has been broken... I have dreams, I have longings, I have fears, I have tears, and regardless of who you are... and regardless of what you've done, you are invited to rest a while knowing that you are NOT alone...

May our heavy hearts rest easy.
May we deliberately seek a silence.
May we not rest until we find the One passionately pursuing us.
May we together learn to embrace the unknown while leaning into Who makes us whole

May we find a Color in Chaos.

Every Little Inch
When haunting echoes ring
Tighter to You I'll cling
Within every little inch of me
Teach my brokenness to sing to You.

"For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities--his eternal power and divine nature--
have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made,
so that people are without excuse."

-Romans 1:20

"But I, with a song of thanksgiving, will sacrifice to you.
What I have vowed I will make good.
Salvation comes from the LORD."

- Jonah 2:9
